CR is a constantly growing region, with new events around every corner. With the surrounding Albany area acting as a hub for the region, it really puts the “Capital” in Capital Region. Alongside a well-established Ultimate and Project + scene, there has been a revival of offline Melee with CR Clash (formerly Saint Rose Melee). HDR has also found its place here with a weekly at both IFN and CR Clash.

We also have a good amount of regional events, with Clip It hosting Ultimate and Melee and Lake George Showdown hosting Ultimate, Melee, Project + and HDR. There may even be another regional coming to CR alongside these two!

Our community is always looking to help each other improve, with plenty of PR players willing to provide the time and resources. We also harbor a great environment for those looking to just hang out. It’s not uncommon to find players going out to eat together after a bracket. Whether you are highly competitive or tend to be more casual, the Capital Region surely has a spot for you.
